Breathwork Workshop with optional vegan lunch afterwards
This style of breathwork can assist in trauma release, releasing blockages energies and thoughts, releasing pain and discomfort and reducing the effects of fear and anxiety.
The breathwork session itself can last up to 2hrs (some people more and some less) plus at least an hour resting/, journalling and coming back round afterwards.
Please do not be late as everyone needs to start at the same time.
Please bring a yoga mat (or something comfortable to lay on), a cushion or pillow and a blanket, plus a journal is that helps you gain clarity with these sorts of things.
Note: Often people are very tired for several hours after one of these sessions.
These workshops have been very popular and due to Covid restrictions spaces are very limited so booking in advance is essential.
The morning is an investment of €20.00 per person, plus an additonal €5.00 if you would like to stay on and sample a vegan lunch made by the lovely people at Quinta Kania. Do let me know at the time of booking if you would like lunch on top or not.
